Mindful Gratitude:

Life is brimming with beauty, meaning, wisdom, and unquantifiable treasures.
relationships can be challenging. Work can be tedious and stressful. People get sick. Disasters occur. There is poverty. Bad things happen.
And yet, you possess precious gifts and deep wisdom.And Mindful Gratitude is an invitation to explore, excavate, and discover the unique treasures that exist in your life, no matter your circumstances. It is an invitation to write the story you didn’t know you had.

Module of the Program:




πŸ”΅Morning Thoughts+Affirmation+one inspirational story+Activity+Exercise were given to the participant to start the beautiful Day.

 

1. Mindfulness : 5 Days practical sessions about mindfulness and mindful breathing, mindndful awareness,mindful body scane and mindful observation.
2.Gratitude : 5 Days practical session on Gratitude.As True gratitude is a deeply felt love and appreciation for something or someone in your life.5 days practiced mindful gratitude for self and family members.Mindful Gratitude for nature,past experience.


3. Hormone:Next 5 Days talked about Happy Harmones.
Dopamine,oxitocine,serotonin,endorphins (DOSE)
 

 

4. Depression and self help: Last 5 Days were about deep understanding Depression,how it affects us and how we can help ourself with professional help.

  2. I'm Nikita , participant of 21 day Mindful Gratitude Program.
    I have learn how to count upon the blessings the very after we get up in the morning. In order to start a new day one should begin with how blessed we are.. We have so much to be thankful of .. Every little thing count.. Even the breathe we take is so precious .
    Mindfulness is something, we practice by living in the moment and not being affected by the thoughts which trouble us.. Passing the thought in and out as keeping the state of "let it be”
    Gratitude is the feeling which we have with us, it is the blessing we are already blessed with. Being grateful for our life, family, closed ones, resources and being conscious for all that we have. Practicing Gratitude has so much to change with the pattern of our thinking. We become more conscious with our gifts from God. One is able to see positive in life and can never feel any sort of incompletion out of it.
    I am more aware about what makes me happy, this helps a lot when we are sad or dissatisfied with the situation,when comes the tym we can do all those happy things to cheer ourself.
    Lastly, I am able to accept the way I am and loving every bit of what I am.

  4. It was a wonderful experience to be the part of this 21 days mindful gratitude program. Initially I didn't assumed that it will have such type of effects on my thoughts and personality. Special thanks to you mam, that you continued the 21 days, i.e. a long session in such a way that we never get bored and we are always highly motivated and interested in your daily activities and exercises. you were always available during these 21 days for our query and help. After doing lots of exercises, tasks and creative works during these sessions, I can see changes in my thoughts and personality. Thank you so much to you and your team mam.

  7. Participating in this Mindful Gratitude program is one of the best decisions I have taken. My experiences of last 21 days is beyond words to explain. The activities and sessions were very thoughtful and instilled more positivity in me. Taught me to look upon the blessings and even my own abilities by being thankful to every experiences.

    There may be such things that serve upon us a good dose of negative feeling but "Gratitude" makes sure that we don't lose sight of the good. I have become more positive and focused. I'm sure that with the learnings from this program I'll be changing further in positive way. This program not only motivated but also helped me to act. This was possible because of the guidance of Rajni Mishra Ma'am. Only 'Thank you' would not suffice your unconditional support, guidance and encouragement ma'am. ������

  9. This program had proved as a blessing in disguise. As everyone is in lock down and we are suffering from stress and anxiety from several months, this program helped us to cope up with these situations. During 21 days, i feel energetic and motivated most of the times. I had participated in every activity and exercise and now i can see impactful changes in my life. I feel gratitude for the things which i have. Negativity level has dropped and due to exercise of mindfulness i am able to solve my problems much easily as well as i am feeling much more confident than earlier. thank you mam for providing such a wonderful opportunity.
